How Hightower sells: resale and referrals

Depending on the product, Hightower either resells it to you through Hightower Checkout or refers you to the independent seller's own website to buy it there.

• Resale: Roasted coffee is currently the only product Hightower resells through Hightower Checkout. For those purchases, Hightower Coffee LLC is the seller you buy from.
• Referral: All other products, including green coffee and anything sold on a roaster's or supplier's own site, are referrals. You buy directly from that business under its own terms, prices, shipping and refund policies, and Hightower may earn a referral commission.

6.1 Marketplace categories

Hightower supports discovery listings, independently submitted business listings, approved Hightower retail products, and B2B sourcing opportunities.

Listing visibility does not mean that an item is available for Hightower Checkout.

6.2 Independent brands

Names, products, descriptions, and business identities may be displayed for lawful identification, comparison, discovery, and informational purposes.

Unless expressly stated, publication does not establish a sponsorship, agency, authorized-dealer relationship, endorsement, or partnership.

6.3 Retail resale

Hightower's direct retail checkout may include genuine coffee from approved brands and approved purchasing routes.

Hightower evaluates relevant purchase restrictions, product authenticity, labeling, material differences, handling, and applicable intellectual-property obligations before authorizing direct retail checkout.

Nothing in this policy grants Hightower rights that it does not otherwise possess under applicable law or agreements.

6.4 Independent customer resale

Hightower does not impose a general prohibition on customers reselling genuine goods they lawfully own.

Customers remain responsible for applicable laws, contracts, intellectual-property rights, and product requirements.

6.5 Listings and ownership

Eligible businesses may request verification and claim a corresponding business or product profile.

Hightower may request reasonable evidence that the claimant has authority to act for the business.

Verification does not transfer ownership of unrelated intellectual property.

6.6 Catalog corrections

Hightower may correct, update, consolidate, suspend, or remove system-imported listings to improve accuracy and compliance.

Seller-submitted listings and listings associated with active legitimate seller claims or verification workflows receive the separate protections and management procedures described in the Seller Terms.

6.7 Intellectual-property complaints

Rights holders may request review of material allegedly infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights by contacting hello@hightowercoffee.com.

Hightower may request supporting documentation and may restrict disputed material during investigation.

6.8 Data reliability

Availability, price, product specifications, and supplier information may change.

Hightower does not guarantee continuing availability of third-party listings.

Hightower remains responsible for representations and legal duties applicable to its own direct retail transactions.
