Free business account
Create your company profile, get verified with a website or store on record, and publish your coffees. A free account is a permanent part of Hightower — you never need a paid plan to be listed organically.
Business subscriptions
Business, Business Pro and Business Premier add analytics and business tools for eligible roasters, producers, importers, exporters and suppliers. See current prices and entitlements on the plans page.
Transaction fees
Separate from any subscription: when an order is completed through Hightower's integrated checkout, Hightower charges a transaction fee. Orders on your own store are yours.
Referral program
Eligible verified roasters can join once approved. Hightower earns 10% of Net Referred Sales on orders it refers, using a 30-day last-click window, and your plan sets how many referrals you can receive each month.
