10.1 Profiles and social features

Where enabled, users may participate in public profiles, coffee discussions, comments, follows, reviews, or messaging.

These features are subject to the account's privacy settings and available controls.

10.2 User behavior

Users must not threaten, harass, impersonate, defraud, spam, discriminate unlawfully, or infringe others' rights.

10.3 Honest reviews

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences.

Hightower prohibits fake reviews, deceptive endorsements, undisclosed material relationships where disclosure is required, and incentives conditioned on positive or negative sentiment.

Hightower will not suppress legitimate negative reviews merely because they criticize a product or business.

10.4 Moderation

Hightower may remove content violating published rules or applicable law, including fraudulent, threatening, spam, or infringing material.

10.5 User content permission

Users retain ownership of their original content and grant Hightower a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, and technically process it for operating and promoting the relevant community feature.
