B2B Sourcing Terms

Version 2.0 · Effective October 22, 2026 · Last updated October 22, 2026

9.1 Sourcing services

Hightower enables eligible businesses to discover green coffee, submit Buyer Requests, communicate with potential suppliers, and receive quotations.

9.2 Independent suppliers

Unless expressly stated in a separate signed contract, Hightower does not act as the direct seller, importer of record, warehouse operator, or shipping carrier for independently sourced green coffee.

9.3 Quotations

Supplier quotations may depend on quantity, quality, origin, harvest year, processing, storage, freight, currency, taxes, import terms, and availability.

A quotation is not necessarily a binding contract until accepted under its applicable conditions.

9.4 Contracts and payments

Buyers and suppliers establish their own purchase agreements, payment arrangements, delivery terms, and product specifications unless Hightower expressly participates under a separate written agreement.

9.5 Due diligence

Businesses are responsible for appropriate commercial, product, counterparty, regulatory, customs, and logistics due diligence.

Hightower's verification tools do not constitute a guarantee of creditworthiness or performance.

9.6 Disputes

Hightower may provide communication records or facilitate resolution where appropriate but does not automatically assume liability for independent business transactions.
