Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Version 2.0 · Effective October 22, 2026 · Last updated October 22, 2026
Coming soon. Hightower retail checkout is not yet available. This policy will apply to Hightower retail orders once checkout opens. Until then, coffee is bought on independent sellers' own websites under their own policies.
4.1 Delivery area
Hightower Checkout currently serves eligible shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
Hightower does not currently offer checkout shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military destinations outside supported carrier areas, or international destinations.
4.2 Shipping fees
The standard configured shipping charge is $6.95 for the first distinct roaster represented in an order, plus $4.95 for each additional distinct roaster.
Any legally required taxes and any applicable additional shipping amounts must be accurately disclosed before payment.
Shipping policies may change prospectively with appropriate disclosure.
4.3 Order fulfillment
Hightower may procure products from independent roasters and arrange for those products to ship directly to customers.
A single Hightower order may involve multiple suppliers, packages, shipment dates, and tracking numbers.
The supplier shipping the product is not necessarily the merchant of record for the customer's Hightower Checkout transaction.
4.4 Shipping estimates
Delivery dates and shipment estimates are provided based on available information and reasonable fulfillment expectations.
A product-specific shipping commitment takes precedence over general estimates.
Hightower will comply with applicable shipment-delay notification and refund requirements.
4.5 Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information.
Hightower will investigate address-related issues and provide remedies required by applicable law.
4.6 Tracking and delivery claims
Tracking information may be made available through customer order records, email, or carrier links.
Customers should promptly report incorrect shipments, missing packages, or delivery concerns.
Claims will be investigated using reasonable available evidence.
4.7 Supplier outages
If a supplier is unavailable or cannot fulfill an order, Hightower may cancel the affected product and provide the appropriate refund or seek express customer approval for a substitute.
