Users may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, or private information.
• Use the platform for fraud, identity deception, unlawful commercial activity, or abusive transactions.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy protected website content or personal data without authorization or another lawful basis.
• Operate disruptive bots, bypass rate limits, or interfere with security controls.
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise platform infrastructure.
• Infringe third-party intellectual-property rights.
• Send harassment, unlawful threats, or unsolicited abusive messages.
• Manipulate reviews, sourcing offers, referral attribution, or marketplace rankings through fraud.

Authorized access methods or separately approved commercial integrations may be governed by written permissions and technical conditions.

Hightower may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including access limitations or account suspension, consistent with applicable law.
