Retail Checkout Terms

5.1 Eligibility

Only products explicitly designated as eligible for Hightower Checkout may be purchased through Hightower's retail checkout.

Products that lack a verified purchasing route, adequate availability information, required price information, or required internal approvals must remain unavailable for Hightower Checkout.

5.2 Retail relationship

For products sold through Hightower Checkout, the identified Hightower operating entity is intended to act as the customer's retailer and contracting seller.

Hightower may obtain genuine products from independent roasters for fulfillment.

The independent roaster may provide or ship the product without becoming the direct contracting retailer for the customer.

5.3 Pricing

The total amount payable is shown before order confirmation and may include product prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes.

Prices shown on Hightower may differ from prices offered on an independent roaster's own website.

A supplier's price is not necessarily Hightower's retail price.

Hightower may correct bona fide pricing mistakes or cancel orders it cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfill, subject to applicable legal obligations.

5.4 Payment

Payment is charged at checkout through designated payment services.

Purchase confirmation is subject to payment authorization, lawful transaction review, and product fulfillment eligibility.

5.5 Product availability

Hightower may source ordered products from approved suppliers after the customer completes payment.

If an item becomes unavailable, Hightower will cancel and refund the affected item or obtain the customer's consent to another permissible arrangement.

5.6 Resale authorization and catalog approval

Hightower Checkout is restricted to brands and purchasing routes that Hightower has internally approved for its retail operations.

Such approval is a Hightower compliance decision and does not necessarily indicate that a brand has endorsed Hightower or entered into a partnership with Hightower.

Products with unresolved purchase restrictions, sourcing rights, material product-difference concerns, or other relevant compliance concerns must remain unavailable for Hightower-operated retail checkout pending resolution.

5.7 Customer rights

Customers retain all mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable law, regardless of other provisions in these Terms.
